THE KALCOLEX™ SIGNATURE
SERIES
NON-PRECIOUS DENTAL ALLOYS
Kalcolex™
100
Introducing
our High-Heat Cobalt-Chromium partial denture alloy in barrel ingot
form. This alloy is comparable to in chemistry to Vitallium® 2000,
Regalloy®, Nobillium®, etc. The composition of this alloy has been
designed to give you maximum fracture resistance and adjustability with
an elongation of 5-6% and
a medium Vicker's hardness (380) which also minimizes abrasion. Kalcolex™ 100 will resist permanent deformation and polish to a
brilliant shine!
Kalcolex™
100S
Introducing
our High-Heat Cobalt-Chromium partial denture alloy in shot splash form
screened to Kalco Metals' size specification or to your size
requirements.
The shot splash form is
made using the same high-quality raw materials as the barrel ingot form
but since the manufacturing process is less costly and simplified, we
can offer this form at a much more cost-effective price - giving you the
same high quality material but at a lower price.

Kalcolex™
100N
Introducing
our High-Heat Cobalt-Chromium partial denture alloy with nitrogen
enhancement in barrel ingot form. Comparable in chemistry to
Vitallium® 2000 Plus, Wironium®, etc. This alloy allows for
excellent adjustability with a low Vicker's Hardness and an elongation of
10-11% similar to that of
most precious metal dental alloys. Kalcolex™ 100N offers you
superior strength and fracture resistance while offering your customers
a lighter partial framework. Expect a brilliant shine that will
retain its luster. Kalcolex™ 100N - The NEW Standard in Superior
Partial Dentures!

125
Introducing our High-Heat Cobalt-Chromium-Tungsten alloy for ceramics in
barrel ingot form. Comparable in chemistry to Wirobond® C,
Remanium® Star, Metaplus® UNI, etc. This alloy has a high modulus
of elasticity and high heat resistance which provides outstanding
bonding strength with ceramics and optimal laser welding. With a
low Vicker's Hardness (~320) and medium elongation (~6%), this alloy is
highly adjustable and will not fracture easily. Furthermore, since
this alloy is cobalt-based (Ni-FREE) it is biocompatible!
Kalcolex™
200
Introducing our non-precious
Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum, Be FREE alloy in the dental barrel ingot form for
ceramics. Compatible with most popular porcelains and
providing superior bond strength while allowing for a thinner framework.
Comparable in chemistry to MetaPlus® VK, Adentatec KN™, Phase NBS, Phase
N Premium, etc.
